Add Discussion and Enable Discussion Forum

  1. To Add discussion for a course, Go to the Managed courses page.
  2. In the list of courses, scroll to the course for which you want to add discussion
  3. In the list of icons, click on ADD DISCUSSION icon
  4. In the discussion page, Click on Create Topic ‘+’ sign.
  5. In Create window, enter Topic title and Topic description and click Create Topic.
  6. This will add the discussion topic in the discussion forum.
  7. Here, the Learners can go to the discussion section of the course and can enter their comments.
  8. To make the Discussion forum visible in the course, again go to the Managed courses page.
  9. In the course, click on Edit Course Profile icon.
  10. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Enable Discussion Forum Toggle.
  11. Then, click Save button.
  12. To check, click on View course icon. at the top, Discussion Forum will be displayed..
