To add as a Facilitator for a public course, Raise a request to Framerspace support via Help Menu from requester’s account.
Provide the user Full name, Unique ID, Registered email id ID, Course Name, Institute/University Name, Certificate in the ticket.
The ticket will be assigned to Framerspace Support team.
The FS support team will forward the details to concerned UNESCO MGIEP team.
The moderator of the course will add the user as a facilitator via the Manage Cohorts icon.
Select the course from the Advance-Managed Courses-I’m a moderator tab to which the user has raised the request.
Click on Manage Cohorts – Add facilitator icon in the cohort window for one of the cohorts.
Enter the user unique ID in the ‘Search Users’ text box and click on ‘+’ sign. The successfully added confirmation message will be displayed and user will be listed in the Manage Facilitators window.
The multiple facilitators can also be added using the ‘Add Multiple Facilitators’ tab by entering unique ID’s separated by semi-colon (;).
The course will be listed under ‘I’m a facilitator’ tab under Advance – Managed Courses option.
