Approving Learner’s Request of Private Course

  1. For Approving Learner’s Request for a private course, go to Managed courses page.
  2. Copy course link and share it with the learner for enrolment.
  3. The learner will paste the link of private course and clicks enrol button. This will display message that the Moderator should approve the request.
  4. For Approving, the moderator clicks on the Approve Learner request Icon, opens the Request page.
  5. Upon clicking Approve button, the approval for enrolment is given for the learner.
  6. The learner refreshes the enrol page which directs him to the course.
  7. Under the enrolled courses, the learners gets the newly enrolled private course.
