Click on ‘Advance’ menu ‘Managed Courses’ option in the homescreen of the application.
Select ‘I’m a facilitator’ tab and click on ‘Cohort Management’ icon against the course to which cohort is to be created.
Click on ‘Create Cohort’ button to create a new cohort.
Enter the required fields providing a brief description of the cohort in the cohort screen.
Check the ‘Automatic approval’ checkbox if you wish to allow any user to proceed with the course using this cohort.
Uncheck the ‘Automatic Approval’ checkbox if you wish to validate the user and then provide your approval to proceed further with the course using this cohort.
Plesae ensure learner is aware of the ‘Note’ provided while creating the cohort to avoid future issues with enrolling to the course and certificate generation.
Click on the ‘Save Cohort’ button to save the new cohort.
The newly created cohort will be listed in the cohort management screen.
