Help Screen Post-Login

Open https://www.framerspace.com in internet explorer or in New Incognito Window.
Click on the ‘Login’ button available on the top-right side of the screen.
Enter the 4-word unique ID generated when you signed up for the application or the registered email ID.
Enter the password.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will be redirected to the homepage of the Framerspace application.
Click on ‘Help’ text displayed on the header of the homepage.
It will redirect you to the Freshdesk widget wherein you can raise your issue/request to support team.
Enter your email ID, subject and brief description of the issue/request.
The ticket will be raised to the support team and they will contact you until the issue is fixed.
