- Open https://www.framerspace.com in internet explorer or in New Incognito Window.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button available on the top-right side of the screen.
- Enter the 4-word unique ID generated when you signed up for the application or the registered email ID.
- Enter the password.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will be redirected to the homepage of the Framerspace application.
- Click on ‘Help’ text displayed on the header of the homepage.
- It will redirect you to the Freshdesk widget wherein you can raise your issue/request to support team.
- Enter your email ID, subject and brief description of the issue/request.
- The ticket will be raised to the support team and they will contact you until the issue is fixed.
- You can also click on ‘Click Here’ to go via the Framerspace tutorials course available on the platform.
