Resetting the Password

  1. Open https://www.framerspace.com in internet explorer or in New Incognito Window.
  2. Click on the ‘Login’ button at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on the ‘Forgot Unique ID/ Password’ link in the login screen.
  4. Enter registered email Id, provided at the time of registration.
  5. Click on the ‘Retrieve’ button.
  6. You will receive a reset password link in your email that will be active for 5 minutes only.
  7. Click on Reset password link. You will be directed to the reset password page.
  8. Enter a password and confirm password in the pop-up window and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  9. You will get the confirmation message ‘Password has been updated successfully’.
  10. Login to the application with the new password.
